Smoke Signals Newsletter

Project description:

Smoke Signals is the official newsletter of Jack’s Lake Association (JLA) and is published twice a year. Jack’s Lake is an historic and pristine cottage area in Eastern Ontario, Canada and is treated as an environmental sanctuary by the cottage owners. With respect to that ecological spirit we addressed many concerns about the environmental impact of production early on.

We are experts at providing “green” printing solutions to our clients, and in collaboration with designer & newsletter editor Ashleigh Johnston of Ozhi Design, we successfully addressed several production concerns without compromising quality. The 88-page newsletter was printed using only water-based coatings and soy-based inks on FSC Certified paper. We carefully selected two paper stocks manufactured within North America that contained 100% Post Consumer Waste, made with biogas energy and were Processed Chlorine Free.
